PURPOSE:To recover surely a toner without damaging a photoreceptor by simple constitution of a titled device, by bringing a roll on the surface of which an elastic material is disposed and a scraper is disposed into press contact with the surface of the photoreceptor and arranging at the lower position of a blade. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning roll 9 is brought into press contact with a photoreceptor 1 so as to rotate while following and is disposed at the lower position of a blade 6 which is brought into press contact with the photoreceptor 1. A residual toner 12 scraped by the blade 6 sticks to the surface of the roller 9 and is scraped by a scraper 10 in accordance with its rotation and drops in a carrying spring 8 to be transported. As the cleaning roll 9 made of an elastic material 9b is stuck to the photoreceptor 1, a toner 12 is recovered surely, and as the roll is rotated in synchronization, the photoreceptor is not damaged, and even if a carrier and foreign matters stick to the surface of the photoreceptor, the elastic material 9b removes them, and therefore damage on the surface of the photoreceptor due to grawing at the part of the blade 6 is prevented. |
