PURPOSE:To increase adhesion area and to obtain high fitting strength by forming a flange and a bobbin in one body at the fitting part of the bobbin, and fixing diaphragm to the flange. CONSTITUTION:The flange 12a and the bobbin 12 is formed in one body at the fitting part of the bobbin 12; and the outer circumferential surface of the bobbin and the flange 12a are adhered fixedly to the inner circumferential surface of a round hole and the top surface part of an exciting plate 3 respectively. When the bobbin 12 is made of a resin material, a main cylinder part and the flange 12a are formed in one body at the same time by injection molding. The bobbin 12 fitted as mentioned above extends to a gap part 9 and a voice coil 13 is provided at this gap part. It is adhered to the exciting plate 3 at the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder part of the bobbin 12 and the part of the flange 12a, so it is fitted extremely tightly. Further, the flange 12a united with the bobbin 12 is formed at the fitting part of the bobbin 12 and this flange 12a is fitted fixedly to the diaphragm, so the adhesion area increases, thereby obtaining large fitting strength. |
