A children's shell seat and an arrangement for its attachment, preferably to a flat surface, for example a table top, and for attachment to a frame, for example the bar of a bicycle frame, is described, wherein the seat is inserted into an attachment part. The attachment, for example to a table top, takes place by simply pushing it over the edge of the surface. The attachment to the bicycle takes place via sprung elements by means of a fastening.
