PURPOSE:To enable to continuously feed sheet type rubber material without stopping a conveyer for cutting-off by a method wherein the sheet rubber material successively fed with the conveyer is made incisions by means of a cutting device in separable state and successively fed to warming rolls. CONSTITUTION:A rubber material 1 on a conveyer 2 is carried at the speed corresponding to the amount used to a cutting device 5 and the sheet rubber material 1 is made diagonally incised lines X so deep as not for completely being cut-off but for leaving separable thin skins. Accordingly, the rubber material 1 with incised lines X is correctly and continuously sent to the warming rolls 6a and 6b and separated one by one sheet by being pulled with the warming rolls, the peripheral speed of which is higher than the speed of the conveyer 2, and then fed to the warming rolls with good bites. In such a manner as mentioned above, the sheet rubber material 1 can be continuously fed to the warming rolls without stopping the conveyer for cutting-off. |
