PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance of a structure, by securing a reinforcing member to the structure with the use of screws which loose when the force greater than a predetermined value is applied thereto so that the above-mentioned reinforcing member becomes useless when force due to vibration, greater than the predetermined value, is applied to the structure. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing member 2 is secured to a box frame 1 with the use of screws 3 which loose when force greater than a predetermined value is applied thereto. Accordingly, if vibration having frequency equal to the characteristic frequency of the box frame 1 is applied to the latter so that the box frame 1 is subjected to a large acceleration, the screws 3 loose when force greater than the predetermined value is applied thereto, and therefore, the reinforcing member 2 becomes useless so that the characteristic frequency of the box frame 1 is varied, thereby the box frame 1 may avoid the resonance condition. |
