PURPOSE:To increase a recording speed, by making the space between the center lines of (n) pieces of reading photosensors and (n) pieces of discharge work recording needles to be scanning lines of even or odd numbers according (n) being odd or even and shifting (n) scanning lines per one rotation of a drum. CONSTITUTION:E.g., three pieces of reading photosensors 22 and discharge work recording needles 24 start to scan from A-C and A'-C' at a first rotation of a drum 1, after one rotation these begin the scanning of the second rotation from E-G and E'-G' shifted each by three scanning lines and the space between B, C and that between B', C' are respectively supplemented by E and E', further it being continued samely, the entire faces of a manuscript 23 and a stencil paper 25 which are wound around the rotating drum 1 can be scanned without overlapping and missing till the last scanning line. When the number of recording needles and photosensors is even, each space is made to be odd scanning lines and those are shifted by the scanning lines of that number per one rotation of the rotating drum 1. Because a plural scanning is performed at the same time, a recording speed can be largely increased. |
