PURPOSE:To avoid a change of a tape path even though the tension, etc. is applied to the tape in a prescribed tape path forming state, by providing a locking means which locks a tape draw-out member at a prescribe position in a tape path forming state. CONSTITUTION:An L-shaped lever 63 is set opposite to a projected part of an operation cover 33, and an end side of the lever 63 is pressed by opening/closing the cover 33. Then the lever 63 is turned clockwise, and a connector 64 connected to the other end of the lever 36 is shifted. Then an L-shaped lever 65 connected to the other end of the connector 64 is turned clockwise, and accordingly a connector connected to the other end of the lever 65 is shifted. Then a lock member 61 connected to the connector is turned counterclockwise around a support shaft and moved away from the lock position of a guide roll 43 so as not to prevent the revolution of a loading lever. |
