PURPOSE:To enable a high speed typing with a less noise,by giving a side and a rotation to plural type wheels together with a frame on a pair of cylinders via the groop of gears along a spline axis and shifting them to a platen via an eccentric shaft, a starter and a ring like object. CONSTITUTION:According to the position of the type 2 of the plural type wheels 1 to be typed, the type wheel 1 provided with a gear 3 is slided together with a frame on a pair of cylinders via the groop of gears 22 along a spline axis 24 and the type wheel is rotated by a desired amount by the rotation of the spline axis 24 with a pulse motor. Also, the ring like object 9 provided inside with the starter 10 in which a longitudinal long hole 11 and lateral long holes 12, 12 are drilled is arranged at the central end part of one cylinder and when the eccentric axis 17 supported by another cylinder is rotated by the pulse motor, the ring like object 9 and the type wheel 1 engaging with this are shifted to the direction of a platen 29, being guided by the long hole 12 via its eccentric end part 19, the long hole 11 and a typeing is done. Because the slide and rotation of the type wheel can be done at the same time in such a way, a speedup can be done and a typing noise becomes small due to a push typing. |
