METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF A SERIES OF SAMPLES TO ANALYZE MIXTURES AND INSTALLATION FOR THE AUTOMATIC IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCH METHOD

The mixture is taken from a container (1) holding a liquid and deposited at locations on a band filter (5) with intermittent unwinding. The filtrate is sucked by the rear side of the filter. To remove the sample, the location of the filter is isolated by a bell (13) which presses the band filter (5) on a suction head (12) so that the sample is sucked outside the container (1). The transfer of the sample taking is carried out in a more direct and rapid way as with a suction pipe pump. A washer is removed by stamping from the filter containing a filtering residue. In the stamping die (20) used in the process, a stop needle (23) is provided to push the filter washer in a sample taking container (25) which will be filled with a reactant. The method allows to process samples to carry out a plurality of analyses in series within a shorter time and with a reduced contamination risk.
