PURPOSE:To automate the examination of the reliability of data, determination of concrete numerical value, etc., completely by storing various initial conditions of a development system and comparing them with current values, and performing measures corresponding to respective stages on the basis of the output of a comparing means. CONSTITUTION:The measurement result of a control strip is compared with a last value firstly; when the difference is >=0.04, a reprocessing command is generated, and when <0.04, an advance to a next step is made. Then, it is compared with a center value; when the difference is <0.03, a measure is unnecessary, and when >=0.03, an advance to a next step is made to make a comparison with a last value. When the difference is >=0.05, alarm display is performed, and when <0.05, temporary correction or variation of the supplement rate of RAB is carried out. |
