PURPOSE:To decrease stiffness as acoustic characteristics and to improve airtightness by forming an edge of poly vinylidene chloride or a laminate of poly vinylidene chloride and a base of another material. CONSTITUTION:The edge material 9 is formed of the laminate material of an about 200mum polyurethane elastomer sheet 11 and an about 12mum poly vinylidene chloride sheet 12. They are laminated thermally with a hot-melt adhesive and then molded so that the poly vinylidene chloride sheet contacts the gas in a cabinet. Thus, poly vinylidene chloride or the laminate material of poly vinylidene chloride and a base material of another material are used for the edge, so a speaker diaphragm which has small stiffness as acoustic characteristics and superior air-tightness is obtained. |
