PURPOSE:To form an electrode similar to a solid-state diode by generating plural currents corresponding to an input voltage on the basis of the amplification output of the input voltage and outputting them as one composite current. CONSTITUTION:A voltage applied between input terminals 10 and 12 is amplified by an amplifier 14, whose amplification output is an operating input to a current output circuit 16. The current output circuit 16 consists of plural transistors (TR)20, 22, and 24, and resistances 16, 28, and 30 operated by an amplifier 14. Namely, the TRs 20, 22, and 24 and the resistances 26, 28, and 30 are connected in series and the collectors of the TRs 20, 22, and 24 are connected in common and applied with the input voltage from the input terminal 10 directly. A voltage developed at the connection point between the TR20 and resistance 26 is fed back to the feedback point of the amplifier 14. This amplifier 14 functions as a feedback amplifier. Currents I1, I2, and I3 flowing through the TRs 20, 22, and 24 are put together through the resistances 26, 28, and 30 to obtain their composite current IT(I1+I2+I3) at an output terminal 32. |
