Consists of a hanger (10) surmounted by a hook resting vertically on a frame consisting of two uprights (4) and (5) connected by crossmembers (6), (7), (8), (9) for drying smalls, opposite which are movable rods (15) and (17) connected by hinges (14) and supported at the opposite end by hooks (16). At its base the frame comprises hooks (19) and horizontal rods (20) that hook onto a basket (2) whose perimeter (22) is made of holes (23); the interior is likewise made of two rows of holes (24) separated ... a lengthwise column consisting of two half rings (25) which accommodate the hooks (19) that secure the frame, holes (26) and three semicylindrical horizontal hooks (27) which accommodate the horizontal holding rods (20). The underside of the basket (2) has hooks (28) from which articles can be hung. Easily detachable handles (21) for supporting the ends of the sleeves of pullovers which are placed on the top of the basket. <IMAGE>
