A supporting structure for a greenhouse of, for example, semicircular cross-section possesses, as supporting-structure components, flexible profiled pieces consisting of bundled profiled elements (41) which are optionally clamped, after bending, by means of retaining elements (40) so as to be immovable in the longitudinal direction and so that they keep their curved shape. Sealing strips (47) can be easily attached along the profiled pieces by means of clamping profiles (48), as a result of which the edges of two neighbouring enveloping elements (50a, 50b, 50c) can be clamped and sealed. <IMAGE>
