PURPOSE:To complete the moisture removal, decolorize an oyster extract powder and prepare a storable seasoning, etc. without destroying nutriments and vitamins contained in an oyster nor deteriorating the falvor, by concentrating and powdering the oyster extract extracted from a raw oyster. CONSTITUTION:An oyster extract extracted from a raw oyster or dried oyster under ordinary or higher pressure is concentrated under ordinary or reduced pressure and then powdered by the spray-drying or freeze-drying method. As a result, the moisture is completely removed from the powder, and the decolorization of the powder is carried out to give stoable article, e.g. a seasoning or soup stock, without destroying nutriments and vitamins contained in the oyster nor deteriorating the color and taste thereof. |
