PURPOSE:To prevent the interference between a machining head and a clamper without reducing the productivity. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means to detect a machining head 4 to cut a work 2 while realizing the relative movement to the work 2 clamped by a clamper 3 and the dangerous zone 8 where the clamper 3 is interfered with the machining head 4 is provided. The feeding speed of the machining head 4 is reduced by the signal from the detecting means, and the clamper 3 is retracted from the dangerous zone, and at the same time, a controller which returns the feeding speed to the original value after the machining head 4 passes through the dangerous zone 8, and controls the clamper 3 to clamp the work 2 again is provided. This constitution allows reduction of the dangerous zone 8 in the vicinity of the clamper 3, and improves the productivity due to the increased machining speed outside the dangerous zone 8. |
