<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dispersion by way of heat treating a cutting plane of a rope of a material of nylon, vinylon and others by providing a device to pressure connect the rope by a plural number of upper, lower, left and right heater clamps by way of sandwiching a saw blade and to half melt it, CONSTITUTION:A measurement roller 10 to measure target length and an auxiliary roller 11 release a rope 26, connect a heater clamp 13 on both sides of the rope 26 to cut from above and below with pressure and half melt the rope 26 in a form of the clamp 13 by heat of a heater. Thereafter, by lowering a saw blade 20 to cut the rope from above, the rope pressure connected to the heater clamp 13 is cut. Thereafter, immediately after the saw blade 20 to cut the rope cuts the rope 26, the saw blade 20 to cut the rope is raise above, simultaneously, a finishing heater 21 is raised above, and by applying the finishing heater 21 on the cutting plane of the rope 26, this cutting plane is melt and hardened.</p> |
