<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the rolling-in of a take-up punch roll at the time of completing the manufacture by an extruder by stopping a take-up gear in the case the load current in a driving device of the extruder drops to a given level. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin or the like in a mold 2 is extruded into the sheet shape by an extruder 1. A high temperature sheet 10 extruded is formed into the uniform thickness by a molding roll group 31, delivered out of a take-up gear 3 by a take-up pinch roll 36 through delivery rolls 32-35 and taken up on a take-up reel 4. At the time of completion of manufacture, which means the time of completion of extrusion of the sheet 10 in an extruder 1, the contact point of a current meter relay is ON when the load current of a driving motor of the extruder 1 drops to the given level, and power is applied to the extruder stop relay to operate the same. The power for a take-up gear driving relay is cut off by applying the power to the extruder stop relay to make the relay contact point for driving the take-up gear OFF and stop the take-up gear 3 automatically.</p> |
