MANUFACTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN LINED PIPE

PURPOSE:To heat expand the diameter of a synthetic resin pipe stably and independently of the variation of external temperature in the daytime and at night and the like and manufacture a synthetic resin lined pipe efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride pipe 1 is inserted into a steel pipe 2 through a bonding agent and transferred to a cold atmosphere oven 4 and preheated up to the uniform temperature in the range of 60-100 deg.C. Successively the pipe is transferred to a heating oven 5 provided with a V-shaped hot air blow-off zone 51, and hot air of approximately 180 deg.C is applied to the pipe to heat successively from a central section to end sections of the pipe to extend the diameter of the vinyl chloride pipe 1 and bring the same into contact with the inner face of metal pipe 2, and the vinyl chloride pipe is bonded thereon.
