<p>Methods and materials are described which can be used to behance the stability of genetically engineered plasmids in Gram positive organism. Genetically engineered plasmids and their preparation are discribed, which plasmids comprise a DNA fragment which enhances their stability, and the invention also includes Gram-positive organisms transformed with such plasmids. The invention embraces the DNA fragments as such which and encoded for such stability and methods of obtaining them.</p> |
