PURPOSE:To enable transfer or stop of transfer in the axial direction of an oscillating roll to be selected by a method wherein in an ink feeder of a corrugated board printing machine an electromagnetic clutch is interposed in a rotation transmitting route to a crank device. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 26a is connected to a worm 3 with an electromagnetic clutch 71. By conducting a current to the electromagnetic clutch 71, rotation of a driving plate 71 is transmitted to the worm 3 via a driven plate 72 and a sleeve 73. When conduction of a current is broken, rotation of the driving plate 71 is not transmitted to the driven plate 72 and the sleeve 73, and the worm 3 is not rotated. When ink must be thinned by kneading because of high viscosity of ink, the electromagnetic clutch 71 is thrown in, and oscillating rolls 15, 17 are slid in the axial direction in a reciprocating manner. When low viscous ink is used, the electromagnetic clutch 71 is disengaged, and the sliding of the oscillating rolls 15, 17 in the axial direction is stopped. |
