PURPOSE:To prevent an output drop from occurring in the initial acceleration, by sliding a valve piston set up separately with a rotor in an axial direction according to the maximum cycle pressure and the working gas pressure from a working gas feed pipe. CONSTITUTION:A valve piston 45 is slidably disposed inside a small diameteral bore 42 made up inside a stotor 37 in an output control device 34a of a Stirling cycle engine,and the valve piston 45 is slidden inside the small diametral bore 42 according to a pressure difference between the maximum cycle pressure and a main working gas feed pipe interconnected to a first port 49. In addition, an interconnection between a chamber 43 inside the stator 37 and passages 52, 53 interconnected to a working space of the engine is controlled while the first port 49 and these passages 52, 53 interconnected to the said working space are intermittently interconnected whereby the chamber 43 is always interconnected to the main working gas feed pipe as well. |
