PURPOSE:To improve a winding state and to increase the range for changing a storage amt. by constituting a guide part which guides the weft drawn out from a weft bobbin to the position where the weft is wound around a storage drum in such a way that said part is movable in the axial line direction of the storage drum. CONSTITUTION:A guide member having a guide part 60a which guides the weft drawn out from a weft bobbin to the position where it is wound around a storage drum 38 is mounted to a yarn winding bobbin 37 so that the guide part 60a is made movable in the axial line direction of the drum 38. Therefore, the weft can be wound in an exact state on the drum 38 with the guide part 60a in the stage of changing the measuring amt. of length by changing the positions where weft engaging pins 50, 51 move in and out along the axial line of the drum 38 and in the stage of increasing the moving range of an adjustment rod 55 by making the angle between the bobbin 37 and the revolving shaft 18 thereof variable. The winding state is thus improved and the range for changing the storage amt. is increased.
