PURPOSE:To obtain a resistance thermometer having stable accuracy, by correcting the error in the resistance value of a temp. measuring resistor by a resistor for correction. CONSTITUTION:A temp. sensor 1 is provided with a temp. measuring resistor 2 and a resistor 3 for correction, a common terminal 4 which connects the one end of the resistor 2 and the resistor 3 commonly, a terminal 5 for conduction of electricity provided at the other end of the resistor 1, a terminal 6 for measurement, and a terminal 7 for correction provided at the other end of the resistor 3. The body 8 of the measuring device is provided with terminals 4',-7' corresponding to the respective terminals 4,-7, and the mutually corresponding terminals thereof are connected to each other. A constant current source 9 for supplying measuring current is connected between the terminals 4' and 5', and a resistor 10 for measurement is connected between the terminals 6' and 7'. Then, even if considerable errors are contained in the resistance value of the temp. measuring resistor, the errors are thoroughly corrected by the resistor for correction; therefore, the resistance thermometer having stable accuracy is obtained. |
