A stirrer mouted on a treating tank may simply be used as a means for stirring the treating medium, and the treating medium is fluidized by circulation, etc. to prevent the solidification of the broth. As a result, the broth can be discarded smoothly to the outside of the factory without solidifying the broth, and the discharged steam is liquefied in water to minimize the generation of the steam and prevent the sticking of the steam to the ceiling, wall, etc.
