DECIDING METHOD OF ALLOYING DEGREE OF GALVANIZED STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE:To decide simply an alloying degree, by measuring a half band width of the intensity distribution of reflected lght of a steel plate to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:An intensity distribution curve 32 of a reflected light 34 is measured by emitting an incidence light 30 on the surface of a galvanized steel plate 10 and its half band width is found. An alloying degree is decided simply because the half band width becomes smaller as the alloying is advanced.
