PURPOSE:To obtain a time series signal of a picture element with a simple transfer pulse, by collecting a prescribed number of the 2nd transfer device to form one set of the 3rd transfer device, and by repeating successively said procedure in order to collect finally them in one transfer device. CONSTITUTION:A unit picture element is constituted in onedimensional array shape to form one-dimensional picture element trains 11-14, and they are arranged with specified intervals to form two-dimensional light receiving part. In the middle of the picture element trains 11-14, the 1st transfer devices 15- 18 are provided. Signals outputted from each of the unit picture elements are transferred to the 1st transfer device 15-18, and then successively transferred toward the left by a transfer pulse. Each of the picture element signals transferred in parallel from the 1st transfer devices 15-18 is transferred to the 3rd transfer devices 25 and 26 through the 2nd transfer devices 19-22 and the 1st multiplexers 37 and 38. The 3rd transfer devices 25 and 26 collect each signal as one time series signal and transfer it to an output circuit 28. |
