PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a multitubular heat exchanger, by using a baffle plate as a relative positioning jig between respective pipes, fitting a guide jig to a pipe end, and shrinkage-fitting a pipe plate to a pipe group. CONSTITUTION:A pipe plate 2 is placed on a heating plate 1 and is heated, the pipe plate 2 becomes a prescribed temperature and a pipe hole 3 expands, and when the inside diameter becomes larger than the outside diameter of a pipe 4, all the pipes 4 are inserted vertically into the pipe hole 3. Subsequently, when the pipe plate is cooled by cutting off a heating source of the heating plate 1 and the pipe 4 is fixed, the pipe plte is removed from the heating plate 1, into which a necessary number of baffle plates 6 are inserted. Also, a guide jig 10 is fitted into the upper end of each pipe. Subsequently, when a heated pipe plate 7 is dropped into a group of the pipes 4, the group of the pipes 4 is supported by a baffle plate 6 having the same pipe hole pitch as that of the pipe plate 7, and also the guide jig 10 is provided on the upper end of the pipe, therefore, the pipe hole 3 is led to the upper end of the pipe 4 and is fitted. |
