PURPOSE:To obtain a pump device with small noise further with high durability, by mounting a vibrating magnet to an elastic film sucker plate of a pump while arranging said vibrating magnet in a position such that the vibrating magnet is placed almost oppositely facing to the rotary locus of a rotary magnet. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating magnet 16 is mounted to an elastic film sucker plate 17, which is mounted to a pump main unit 18 further constitutes a working chamber wall, while said vibrating magnet 16 is arranged in such a manner that it is placed almost oppositely facing to the rotary locus of a rotary magnet 15 mounted to a rotary shaft 14 of a motor 12. By this constitution, if the motor 12 is rotated to turn the rotary magnet 15, an alternating magnetic field is generated on the rotary locus of the magnet 15, causing the vibrating magnet 16 to vibrate. Since a vibration of the vibrating magnet 16 is transmitted to the elastic film sucker plate 17 periodically changing the volume in a working chamber, fluid in the working chamber is forced to be continuously fed.
