PURPOSE:To attain compactness of the titled generator, by forming the generator with an original waveform generating circuit obtaining an arbitrary form of original waveform signal, a phase lag waveform generating circuit obtaining a signal having a lag phase different from the original waveform, and a compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The original waveform generating circuit A converts an output of the 1st memory 5 into an analog signal at the 1st D-A converter 6 to form the original waveform signal. The phase lag waveform generating circuit Ba inputs a count output of a binary-coded decimal counter 7a and a phase difference set output to a digital comparator 9a for comparison to form a waveform signal having a phase lag in the same form as the original waveform. A temporary stop interlock circuit C prevents the output of a frequency divider 3 from being inputted to the 1st and the 2nd AND circuits 17, 18a. The compensating circuit F compares and detects the phase difference of lag waveform at each one wave and one cycle, so that the 3rd hold circuit 10a makes holding operation when the phase difference is set to 360 deg.. |
