PURPOSE:To exclude air in a cavity for the casing and prevent the forming of a void between the inner bottom wall of the casing and foamed insulating material after foaming by a method wherein foaming agent is guided along the inclination of an elastic plate precluding the invasion of the foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:The foaming agent W is guided sequentialy from the initial period of glowing to the intermediate period along the elastic plate 9, being pressed and deformed by the lowest part 10a of an inner jig 10 together with the bottom wall 1A of an inner casing 1 and precluding the invasion of the foaming agent W by the independent air bubble thereof. The air in the lower part of the cavity 6 may be well excluded, a space at the boundary between the foaming insulating material W' and the elastic plate 9 will never be formed after finishing the foaming by the self restoring force of the bottom wall 1A of the inner casing 1 as well as the expanding and contracting effect of the elastic plate 9 in accompanied with the removal of the inner jig 10, and, therefore, the bottom wall 1A may be maintained in a previously designed predetermined configuration. |
