PURPOSE:To make the execution of a direct additional composition possible after the composition has been once completed, by inputting a handwriting process indicating instruction and the coy data to be additionally composed from an input unit after composition. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when a handwriting process indicating instruction is inputted from an input unit 1 additionally to compose a cation display area (c), the input is decoded by a command decoding part 4 to be stored into a command decoding data storing part 5. A handwriting processing part 15 actuates a process execution part 7 on the basis of this instruction. In the process execution part 7, an area preparation part 8 is at first actuated and the area to be composed is determined. An indicator 2 indicates the area (c). A data analyzing unit 10 waits the input of copy data from the input unit 1. When the copy data have been inputted, the command decoding part 4 transfers them to the data analyzing part 10. They are analyzed herein and the composition is started. The composed data are chequed in a composing state cheque part 11. If the copy data inputted from the input unit 1 are indicated to be completed, the composition is ended. An indication process part 14 indicates it in the caption display area (c).
