PURPOSE:To increase welding strength of a lug and a strip than that of a casting grid plate by providing a lug blasting process between a paste filling process and a plate cutting process. CONSTITUTION:Only a lug 10 of a plate is made rough in a process between a paste filling apparatus and a cutting apparatus by blasting on the surface of only a lug at a high speed ultra hard acute powder having a particle size of No. 20-100 comprising ceramic such as alumina, corundum, or silica. After the blasting process, a plate cutting process and a drying process, the lug of the plate is welded with a strap by cast-on-strap welding method to form a plate group. The tensile strength of the lug in strap welded portion prepared by blasting was ten times over than that of a regular lug welded without blasting. The tensile strength of the lug of a casting grid plate was only 4-6 times over than that of the regular lug. |
