PURPOSE:To make the construction for output leading from an oscillation film simpler, by extending solidly a connection lead from the peripheral edge of a supporting layer formed on an insulation substrate, and by bending the lead toward the lower surface side of the insulation substrate in order to connect the lead to an external output electrode. CONSTITUTION:A fixed electrode 3 consisting of an electrode 1 and a high polymer dielectric layer 2, and a supporting ring 13 are formed on the upper surface of an insulation base board 12. At the end of the supporting ring 13, an oscillation film 6 consisting of an insulation film 15 and a conductive thin film 16 is stretched, and a connection lead 14 is solidly extended from its peripheral edge. The lead 14 is bent toward a lower surface side to be connected to an earth electrode 18 provided for the lower surface of the base board 12. The electrode 1 is connected to an output electrode 17 with a conductive adhesive 20 filled in a through hole 19. |
