<p>TETRAHYDROTHIOPYRANO¢3,2-b!INDOLE DERIVATIVES Tetrahydrothiopyrano ¢3,2-b! indole derivatives represented by the formula I: I wherein R1 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C7-12 aralkyl, 2-11 acyl, or wherein Y is C1-4 alkylene or C1-4 oxoalkylene and R5 and R6 each is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or wherein Y, R5 and R6 each is as defined above; or is pyrrolidino, piperidinyl, piperazinyl, 4-C1-4 alkylpiperazinyl or morpholino; R4 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; and n is an integer of 0,1 or 2 and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts being useful as analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant agents.</p> |
