PURPOSE:To obtain a color recording member which yields a colored image of high resolution with one time of transfer by using a photoconductive layer juxtaposed alternately with photoconductive members and insulation members in many stripe shapes, adapting color toners thereto and processing the color toners electrostatically. CONSTITUTION:A light transmittable conductive layer 2 is formed on the surface of a light transmittable substrate 1, and a photoconductive layer 3 and an insulation layer 4 are superposed and disposed successively on the surface thereof, thereby producing a color recording member. The layer 3 is formed by juxtaposing many slender photoconductive materials 32 and insulation materials 31 extending in the direction to the plane of the figure alternately. A cyan toner CT, a magenta toner MT and a yellow toner YT are attracted respectively on toner conveyance belts 7, 8, 9, then the belts attracted with the toners are held on a holder 10 and are so disposed as to face respectively to at least 1 pieces the photoconductive materials corresponding to the respective color filters of the color recording member. The holder 10 is brought into proximity or contact to or with the insulation layer on the uppermost layer of the color recording member so that the toner CT, the toner MT and the toner YT are attracted respectively on the photoconductive materials 32R, 32G, 32B having sensitivity to red, green and blue colors. |
