PURPOSE:To provide a nozzle for a gas arc welder which enables the good welding operation for a long period of time by forming a coating layer consisting of an insulating material of a synthetic resin or the like on the inside surface of a metallic nozzle thereby preventing the sticking of the spatters during welding. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer 3 consisting of a synthetic resin or other suitable insulating materials is provided on the inside surface of a metallic nozzle body 1 to be used for a gas arc welder, and is used by screwing and setting the same to the screw on the cable A side by means of a mounting screw 2 so as to cover a tip B mounted to the forward end of the cable A. Since the nozzle 1 is coated with the insulating material, the sticking of the spatters produced from the welded part during welding is obviated. |
