PURPOSE: To make the office processes of a procurement department simple and paperless when articles are procured. CONSTITUTION: The paperless procurement system is equipped with a character input device 2 which inputs purchase request items of respective request departments, an image input device 3 which inputs image information on purchase specifications, etc., a computer 1 which stores and manages the input information from the respective request departments, a means 4 which retrieves and displays stored data for selecting inquiry destination of corresponding articles at the article procurement department, an automatic transmitting means which send estimate request sheets to the selected inquiry destinations by FAX 5, a means 6 which receives estimates, etc., from clients by FAX, reads specific items as character information and other parts as image information, and inputs them to the computer respectively, a means which displays estimate information received from plural clients on a monitor screen, an intention determination support means which displays the price, etc., of the information on the past same article, and a means which sends order sheets to the determined clients by FAX 5. |
