PURPOSE:To execute efficiently bending of a reinforcing bar without variations, by arranging in order plural reinforcing bars, and thereafter, executing the bending by turning a rotary roll centering around a bending die, and also changing suitably a position of the bending die against the reinforcing bar. CONSTITUTION:A necessary number of reinforcing bars 3 are placed on a fixed unit 1 and a moving unit 2, and the end faces of the reinforcing bars 3 are arranged in order by pushing cylinders S1, S2. Subsequently, they are brawn, and also the cylinder S1 is shunted by the cylinder S2. The moving unit 2 is moved to the fixed unit 1 side by length A, a rotating roll 42 is rotated centering around a bending die 52, and the bending is executed to a necessary angle by length A. Subsequently, the rotating roll 42 is returned to its original state, also the moving unit 2 is moved by length B, the rotating roll 42 is rotated centering around the bending die 52 again, and the bending is executed to a necessary angle by length B. In this regard, the worked reinforcing bar 3 is carried out automatically by cylinders S3, S4. |
