PURPOSE:To obtain an optical wiring apparatus used when an optical fiber for information transmission is buried in a building material, by providing a locking means for the plug attached to an optical fiber correspondingly to a top and a reverse surface, and forming a plate in one body. CONSTITUTION:A plug 4a is attached atop of an optical fiber 8' which is inserted in a metallic pipe 14, and buried in a building material X and connected at one terminal to a terminal for controlling a lighting equipment and an air-conditioning equipment, and the plug 4a is inserted into a hole 13 from the reverse surface 1b of the plate 1. Then, a collar part 7a is locked to a pawl piece 12 to complete a connection between the plate 1 and optical fiber 8' buried in the building material X. Then, the plus 4 of an optical fiber 8 connected to a host computer for controlling the terminal is inserted into the hole 13 from the top surface 1a of the plate to lock a collar part 7 to the pawl piece 12, and thus a mutual connection between the optical fibers 8 and 8' is made to permit information transmission between the host computer and terminal. |
