PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide photosensitive material superior in coupling performance and contg. a compd. good in storage stability, by adding at least one compd. represented by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:In the formula shown, Coup is a coupling component capable of coupling with the oxidation product of a color developing agent and combined with a pyrazolotriazole ring at that coupling position; R1, R2 are each H, alkyl, or aryl; R3, R4 are each alkyl or aryl; PUG is a photographically useful group, and whatever group is made usable by an imagewise pattern may be used, and the most preferable form is a development restrainer. The component represented by Coup may be a color forming coupler generally used for color photographic sensitive material. |
