PURPOSE:To improve a productivity in mass production, by forming plural electrodes on the surface of an insulation base board with intervals, and by forming a dividing means, which bends and divides the electrodes for every unit electrode, on the insulation substrate between each electrode. CONSTITUTION:A fixed electrode 3 consisting of an electrode 1 and a high polymer dielectric layer 2, and a supporting ring 13 adhered to its end with an oscillation film 6 consisting of an insulation film 14 and a conductive thin film 15 are provided for the upper surface of an insulation substrate 12. On the lower surface of the substrate 12, an output electrode 16, which is connected to the electrode 1 with a conductive adhesive 21 filled in a through hole 20, and an earth electrode 17 are provided to constitute an electret type condenser microphone. A large number of the microphones are formed on the substrate 12, and continuous machine holes 18 are perforated on the insulation substrate 12 between the rings 13 so that the holes surround the ring 13 in square shape to divide the microphones with the machine holes 18. |
