PURPOSE:To invert accurately the quantity of analog in the middle of a transfer channel, by taking an electric charge of the same quantity as the quantity of the 1st signal electric charge out of the 2nd signal electric charge to output the 3rd signal electric charge from which only the 1st signal electric charge is extracted. CONSTITUTION:The 1st signal electric charge C1 is supplied to the 1st electric charge storing area through a gate area 27, and the fixed amount of the 2nd signal electric charge C2 is supplied to the 2nd electric charge storing area through a gate area 28. According to the 1st signal electric charge C1 supplied to the 1st electric charge storing area, a gate area 28 is controlled to take out an electric charge of the same quantity as that of the 1st signal electric charge C1 from the 2nd signal electric charge C2 so that the 3rd signal electric charge C3, from which only the 1st signal electric charge C1 is extracted, is outputted. As the result, the areas 27 and 28 are controlled by a differential amplifier 40. |
