PURPOSE:To separate a work from a punch without providing a lift device, by attaching axially a lift piece so as to be turnable, providing a gauge block which interposes an elastic body between the lift piece and the block, and constituting a lifting means. CONSTITUTION:Flange bend-working is executed to a work W by a punch 1 and a die 7. Subsequently, when the die 7 and a bolt 17 are made to ascend by a holder, a spring 3 pushes up a lifting means S2, a lift piece 11 ascends along a punch side face 1b, the tip of its work receiving part 11a is made to press- contact with the flange part, and a pad 9 and the die 7 are separated from the work W. When the lifting means S2 further ascends, the lift piece 11 ascends from a punch upper end face 1c, and always turns its work receiving part 11a in the direction (counterclockwise) for making it conform with a shape of the work W by a spring 15. When the tip of the work receiving part 11a is detached from the flange, the work receiving part 11a receives the work W, lifts it up to prescribed height, and the work W is separated. |
