PURPOSE:To reduce the emissions of unburnt particles and NOx, by providing to a portion adjacent to a surface layer of a flidized layer with a nozzle adapted to freely adjust various supplying quantity of an air, a carbon for combustion and an inactive gas such as a combustion exhaust gas, etc. CONSTITUTION:While an exhaust gas extracted from a flue passage 8 is adjusted its flow rate by means of a damper 45 and supplied by a fan 34 after its mixture with an air A3, an unburnt particles collected from the exhaust gas in a cyclone 9 is supplied through a rotary feeder 33 and an injection 30 to a tubular passage 3 where an air-fuel mixture passes, and wherefrom it is supplied to a surface layer of fluidized layer through a nozzle 30 by means of the air-fuel mixture. IN this manner, a partial pressure of oxygen at a furnace side wall section is raised upward by the air A3 supplied from the nozzle 30 and the unburnt particles are reduced, thereby producing a reducing type intermedium product in such a quantity as necessary to effect a vaporizing reduction of NOx by an unburnt carbon added simultaneously. Moreover, it is possible to control a quantity of an air-fuel mixture to be fed into a furnace through adjusting an exhaust gas (inactive gas) content percentage in the air-fuel mixture, rather than varying the partial pressure of oxygen. |
