PURPOSE:To write satisfactorily a reproducing output in a memory, by writing 1 frame of a digital reproducing output in a buffer memory, and controlling a reproducing speed of a recording medium in relation to said writing. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal (a) having a time base variation due to a reproducing speed variation of a 1-frame reproducing and demodulating signal by a synchronizing signal detecting circuit 8, a write frame discriminating signal (b) generated two times in a constant period, etc. are processed by an FF9, an AND gate 10, an FF12, a latching circuit 13, etc., and a write pulse (c) of constant width is outputted. This pulse (c) is applied to a counter 15 for counting an address successively to an address corresponding to 1/2 of the number of storages of a buffer memory circuit 7, and the 1-frame signal is written in the circuit by 1/2 each. On the other hand, both this pulse (c) and a constant period signal (d) are counted down and up by an up-down counter 18 preset to 1/2 of the number of storages of the memory 7, a reproducing speed of a disk 1 is controlled, the 1-frame signal is written satisfactorily in the memory without excess and shortage, and a readout noise, etc. are not generated. |
