<p>For emptying waste containers 20, which are divided into at least two chambers 22, 23 for different types of waste by means of one or more vertical partitions 21, and where the several chambers of a container can simultaneously be emptied into a refuse collection box 10 which is correspondingly divided by means of one or more vertical partitions 11 and usually arranged on a vehicle, it is advantageous if at least one of the container chambers 22, 23 is emptied into at least one intermediate chamber 32, 33 which is positioned by the refuse collection box 10 and can be displaced transversely to the chambers 12, 13 of the box. In this way, the possibility is avoided of emptying a number of waste containers simultaneously, the said intermediate chamber(s) receiving waste which must not reach that chamber in the refuse collection box located opposite the container during emptying. Subsequently, the intermediate chamber(s) is or are displaced and emptied out into the correct box chamber.</p> |
