PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of a computer system, by converting all work stations distributed at each place into main consiles. CONSTITUTION:When a computer system is reset, a specific terminal is used as a main console with a system request SYSRQ set ineffective. When an SYSRQ KEY effective command transmission processing part 7 produces a command to the initial main console, this main console is set in an SYSRQ effective mode. Then the part 7 delivers commands to other terminals functioning as work stations, and the corresponding work station is set in an SYSRQ effective mode. Then an SYSRQ key is operated at the corresponding work station. Thus an SYSRQ reception processing part 10 receives the corresponding SYSRQ. Then a work station control part 9 changes the corresponding work station into a main console. |
