PURPOSE:To collect the heat from hot waste water by the use of a flush method. CONSTITUTION:Hot waste water of 90-80 deg.C in a hot waste water source is fed to a flush chamber 3 through a line 2, and as a result of a pressure being reduced by the action of a condenser 9, a part thereof produces steam, the remaining part is discharged through a line 4, and the steam flows in a turbine 6 through a line 5. The steam, imparting energy to a generator 7, enters the condenser 9 right below the turbine 6. Sea water, acting as cooling water for the condenser 9, is pumped up to an open tank 12 by a pump 11, and enters a heat transfer pipe 9a of the condenser 9 from the open tank through a line 13 by the siphon action at a discharge side of cooling water. Steam entering the condenser 9 from the trubine 6 is condensed at the outside of the heat transfer pipe 9a through which sea water flows, and the condensed water drops in a tank 16 through an extracting pipe 15. Cooling sea water, increased in temperature by the passage of it through the heat transfer pipe 9a of the condenser, flows down through a discharge pipe 17, and an ejector 20, mounted on the midway of the discharge pipe 17, extracts uncondensed gas in the condenser 9 through a pipe 21. |
