PURPOSE:To make available to ignite a moxa by merely pressing a switch button, by arranging such that a switch button is provided in a body casing in an opposed relation at one end of a lever freely movably provided with its fulcrum point on its central portion, and an ignition switch having a filament is secured at other end of the lever. CONSTITUTION:When igniting a moxa 16, a switch button 9 is pressed in the direction of arrow mark. By so pressing, one end of a fulcrum 4 is pressed downwardly to enter into contact with a negative side battery cell lead 13 to close an energizing circuit for an ignition heater 7. This can energize a filament 7a of the ignition heater 7 for heating it as red heat, and the lever 4 is simultaneously caused to move up-and-down about a fulcrum 3 with an attendant upward movement of the ignition heater 7 fixed at other end of the lever 4. In this manner, the filament 7a heated as red heat contacts with the moxa for a subsequential ignition thereof. |
